CUIAB has formally adopted administrative regulations which are found in Title 22, California Code of Regulations. These regulations set out the Board’s rules and procedures applicable in hearings before administrative law judges of the Offices of Appeal as well as those pertaining to the appeal process before CUIAB.
EDD has adopted its own set of regulations. These Regulations provide EDD’s interpretations of the provisions of the UI Code.
